Dinner at Bohemia restaurant, Jersey, Chef Shaun Rankin

While in Jersey with my wife Andrea, we visited Bohemia restaurant for lunch.
the food was fantastic, simply executed with very fresh local and seasonal ingredients.
This is what we had!!!!!



Amuse bouche 'Pimms' jelly.



Crispy local free range duck egg, new season peas,
gnocchi and herb sabayon.



Home made macaroni, Jersey lobster, scallops and
fennel salad.



Roast fillet of cod, coconut and coriander dhal, glazed vanilla pineapple.


Glazed 'coq au Vin', onion and bay leaf puree, pomme mousseline.



Tequilla granite, salted tuille.



Dark Valrhona chocolate tart creme fraiche ice cream




Lemon souffle, espresso semi fredo, biscotti crumb
